spacious suite tennis facilities narrow beach rocky water
The junior suite was spacious with good facilities. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. I used the gym and the tennis facilities and they were great. The setting by the beach was beautiful and the grounds were well kept.
It was rocky going into the water. I had to call several times to ask for the connecting room to be unlocked. This was inconvenient.

excellent stay
kind staff upgrade options comfortable suite
i liked that the staff was very kind. they were attentive and always smiling. The receptionist Sergio Figari offered us upgrade options. he. The suite was clean, big and comfortable. i found every restaurant i wanted inside the hotel.
our room smelt DAMP. it also looked quite tired with damaged blinds. wallpaper was peeling off the walls. we also had two cockroaches appear in our room.

the gardens had fine plants and flowers. streams are also there with fountains. the breakfast had enormous choice and fizz.

my junior suite has two balconies. one balcony faces the garden. the second balcony faces the sea. i appreciate the fresh flowers in my room. the staff restock the bottled water daily. the room also features a separate sitting area.
i find the gym hours were limited.

Really good Stay
champagne welcome charming environment large bedroom seating area
The staff greeted us with champagne upon arrival. The check-in process was charming. Concierge staff drove us to our room. They helped with our suitcases. The room included a separate large bedroom with good amenities. The balcony featured two chairs and solid seating areas with cushions.
The beach is narrow in the free access area. It's also rocky when entering the water.

The staff were helpful and spoke good english. A manager even arranged a cake for my birthday, a very kind touch. Pepi received special acknowledgment for being really good.

The breakfast is possibly the best in the world. There is something for everyone. I enjoyed the diverse choices available. Young children will be overwhelmed with options. Paola at the breakfast area.

Our suite had a super large bedroom with amenities. There was a flat screen tv. The wardrobe was large. The bath shower room included aqua di parma lotion and hand soap. The shower was exceedingly hot.
